Just drove in Cologne Wahn behind a vehicle from the Schmitz butcher's shop and watched a coffee mug being thrown out of the window at the roadside while driving. - Reason enough for me to never enter this shop again.

By far the best butcher and meat quality far and wide

Great butcher shop with excellent meat quality. We are happy to take 10km to get there. After some experience with other butchers, the Schmitz butcher is by far the best.

Very good quality, prices are fair. There is still something homemade here. Not just the finished items outside the wholesale market. The homemade salami and coarse bratwurst are particularly recommended.

Very good quality and advice, good meat from good attitude, nice assortment of goods (for example also delicatessen, sweets, cheese counter, salads and great gift baskets). Delicious lunch. Staff and bosses very nice and advise always competent. We recommend.
